Carlotta and Giangiacomo

The ceremony was held under an arch of climbing green, Lake Endine behind their shoulders and the castle park all around, where some of the trees are older than anyone standing there that day. Then petals on the lawn, guests scattered among the trees with their glasses, and a party that held itself up: nobody had to tell anybody what to do.

What we liked was the contrast: an old place, and a light day inside it.
